Standard Trees


We are growers and importers of trees
We supply stock from both the Eu and the UK

The Eu stock is supplied by direct delivery from the Eu plantations to the client's site, at direct import rates
The species and sizes of stock available are shown on the Prices page www.standardtrees.co.uk/prices.html
It is transported by flatbed or curtainsided artic' HGVs which have standard 13.2m/45ft long trailers
The ex-Eu stock haulage costs for each UK postcode are shown on www.standardtrees.co.uk/Eu-haulage.html
The quantities of various sizes of trees which compose a full load are shown at the bottom of the website Prices page
All are welcome to direct import supplies but they naturally dictate commensurate import quantities
Generally stock order values under £3000 in south UK and £4000 in the north and west are not haulage cost effective

The basic range UK stock is supplied directly to the client's site also, by local UK haulage

It is transported by either light commercial transport or HGV, the rates for which are on the website Deliveries page
Light transport will carry stock up to 6m long and up to approx 2 tons, and HGV's will carry up to 20 tons
There is essentially no minimum sale for these but small orders can incur haulage charges exceeding the stock value

We are purely wholesale and import rate suppliers
We are not a retail nursery and do not operate opening hours nor are we landscapers or advisors
We process all enquiries by e-mail so a traceable record can be kept
